Flex insurance had great phone support, products and price. They helped me out with Strata Insurance for a block of 5 houses. It was better than having individual insurance on each of the houses.

Seonag was so helpful when I rang to organise a strata title insurance which I realised had been cancelled with a previous insurance company without my knowledge, meaning we had been uninsured for over a year! She was friendly and kind and got a new policy up and running immediately and answered emails very quickly when I asked questions. Fantastic customer service.

Flex Insurance, when our Community Title Scheme (CTS) a duplex, were advised by our long term Insurers that they would no longer be insuring CTS's with less than 10 dwellings we searched high and low to find a new insurer. After obtaining several quotes from the major and mid size insurers that were between 120% to 150% dearer than the current policy, Flex Insurance was recommended to me by an aquatence, the staff at Flex went out of their way to assist and provided a quote that was a 52% increase over the present cover (very acceptable under the current environment ). For small Schemes I highly recommend the service and helpful assistance provided by Flex Insurance and their staff.

Flex insurance were so helpful when I was trying to find insurance for our duplex in Qld. Qld changed their insurance laws that duplexes must have strata insurance, which we'd never had before. The owner of the other half of the duplex and I had no idea where to start. We contacted several insurance companies and were told that we had to take out all sorts of add on insurance options that we didn't need and therefore the cost went up and up. Flex insurance was fantastic. They explained the minimum requirements we needed under Qld law, and they had the flexibility to only take out the insurance coverage we needed. As a result, their quote was substantially lower than most of the others. They also really quickly got the certificate of insurance to us, and made some last minute changes, no hassle. If you have a small complex, or a duplex, I absolutely highly recommend Flex insurance. They were a life saver for us.

I cant remember the name of the lovely gentleman that I spoke to but he was very supportive. It was a nightmare try to work through web sites to find companies who understand Queensland Duplex / Strata title insurance requirements. The level of services was excellent and his patience was outstanding.

Flex were great in understanding what I needed for our little group of units and also providing a great price! Customer service was excellent and overall Flex has been easy to deal with. Highly recommend to other small groups of units wanting simplicity and to save on premiums.

Flex Insurance has fantastic customer service and support. I have phoned them in the past and a person has answered the call. I have found the staff helpful and informative. They answered my questions clearly and honestly. There insurance price have been very competitive. My neighbours and I are very happy with our policy and service that we have received from Flex Insurance over the last two years. Thank you Flex Insurance staff for your great service.
